1. What Is Teeter's Company Story?
Founded in 1981, Teeter is a family-run health & workout equipment company.
It started with the mission to help people enjoy life without back pain...
That's because the founder, Roger Teeter, experienced debilitating back issues as a result of his injuries from water skiing.
During the prime of his life, Roger couldn't get out of bed...
So he decided to take things into his own hands:
Formerly an aircraft engineer & product designer for the water ski industry...
Roger took his know-how working with advanced materials and humbly started Teeter in his garage.
He wanted to share the healing power he experienced from inversion therapy — or using gravity to decompress the spine.
Word started to spread about his products...
Now many decades later, Teeter has helped over 3 million people...
And Roger — today in his 80s — looks great & is more active than some people half his age.

2. Why Did I Buy A Teeter Inversion Table?
I've had a history of back issues...
As a surfer, biker, tennis player, rock climber, weightlifter, obstacle racer, and snow & water skier... my back has taken its fair share of beatings...
So when my chiropractor in San Diego recommended the Teeter as a way to keep my back in top form as I move into my 60s...
I was all ears.
These days, my back feels great... and the Teeter works wonders as a quick part of my neck and spinal maintenance routine.
An old picture of me water skiing back in the "glory days!"
3. Was I Skeptical Before Buying?
I had heard about the health benefits of hanging upside down... like a vampire...
But I wanted to try inversion therapy with something better than those awkward attachments for pull-up bars — which can be very difficult & dangerous to get into and out of.
Also, I just trusted the advice of my chiropractor, Dr. Loy, who's treated many professional athletes for decades...
So, the decision was a no-brainer.
4. How I Feel After Using It
I use the Teeter about 5 times a week for just a few minutes each time...
It feels great to stretch out.
Right after hanging... you definitely feel a surge of energy...
Which could be due to the flow of blood out of your legs into the upper body.
My back feels great & I can do any activity I want with no pain.
With that said, I don't think there's ever only one solution to any problem...
For example: If you want to lose weight... you should eat right, exercise, take supplements, etc.
So, pursuing health is about the combined effects of everything you do...
And for me, the inversion table is another wellness tool, or "arrow in the quiver."
5. My Experience Ordering & Setting Up the Product
It couldn't have been easier...
After ordering online, the box arrived quickly...
And the set-up time was less than an hour.
You can't ask for much more than that!
6. What Could Be Improved
I don't have much to say for this section...
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the FitSpine X3 and how it's helped me.
If anything, there's a small learning curve when learning how to use it — especially if it's your first time trying inversion therapy...
But the company has a free mobile app called Teeter Move:
What their app looks like
It provides guided sessions with specialists, getting-started tutorials, how-to videos, and more.
7. Who Can Benefit From Using An Inversion Table?
Unless someone's doctor recommends against it... maybe they have high blood pressure or a heart condition...
I think anyone can benefit from this device...
And that's whether you're looking for solutions for your acute back pain... or you're like me, and want general maintenance for your spine and overall health.
Because no matter how old you are... or what kind of shape you're in...
You can easily use it for potential health benefits.
After all... it may help to relieve stress, improve circulation, increase flexibility, and more...
Plus, it could help you maintain your posture & original body shape...
Which is important because — let's face it — poor posture is not attractive.
8. How To Use The Inversion Table (4 Simple Steps)
Just follow this sequence:
And if you happen to be nervous about going upside down (which is normal)...
The company uses 3rd party safety tests... and I always trust the equipment.
The first time you try it, you may want someone there to help you...
But as soon as you're comfortable, it's very easy to do by yourself.
All you have to do is gently rock yourself backwards... you can go a little bit... or all the way down... whatever you feel comfortable doing.

9. How Much Does the Teeter Inversion Table Cost?
As of 2022, there's 3 different models ranging from $350-$550 USD.
I decided to go with the middle tier ($450) — the FitSpine X3.
I chose this one because it came with the Deluxe EZ-Reach Ankle System (to get in and out even easier)... and the EZ-Stretch Traction Handles (to allow decompression at lower levels of inversion).
It may seem like a pretty penny... but for the quality you're getting, it's a steal.
Plus, there no hidden fees & the company works with Affirm credit to offer as low as 0% interest monthly payment plans:

AND they also offer a 60-day return guarantee!
They say, "If it doesn't change your life, then send it back."
10. Is It The Best Inversion Table? Worth The Investment?
Yes, I strongly believe it is.
Their products are made out of aerospace-grade steel parts and everything is very high quality.
And Teeter has the only inversion tables on the market that are FDA-Registered 510(k) Medical Devices, indicated for:
Spinal degenerative joint disease
Spinal curvature due to tight muscles
Degenerative disc disease
At the end of the day, it does exactly what it's advertised to do.
With a 5-year warranty... you'll have peace of mind for years to come...
And if you end up deciding it's not for you, you can get your money back any time in the first 60 days.
11. What I'd Say To Someone Who’s Considering Getting It + My Star Rating
Simply put: Go for it.
If you're someone who values their health and wants to live a pain-free life... this could definitely help you.
Whether it's to relieve back pain, decompress your spine, or boost recovery...
You can't go wrong with Teeter.
I think it's the best inversion table out there.
