Now, here's her exclusive interview with UltimateHuman.Org:

What originally inspired you to get into medicine/ health/ wellness?

I was inspired by my Dad, a biological dentist who always approached wellness with a healthy dose of skepticism and curiosity.

He was always doing things out of the box, which taught me at a young age that it was okay to ask questions, and not take "no" for an answer when it came to my health.

He taught me that I could be in control of my wellness journey and that biohacking was a perspective through which I could be my own best health advocate!

What’s your favorite part about working in health?

Every day is a puzzle, I love working with my clients to put the pieces together.

I'm a detective, but for the human body — how cool! : )

What are you most proud of in your career so far?

Not a wellness accomplishment... I performed on Broadway for over 10 years.

What’s something new in health/ wellness you wish more people knew about?

Glucose monitoring is one of the greatest tools for prevention!

If you could wave a magic wand and fix something about the modern-day healthcare system, what would it be?

I'd get rid of the "echo chamber" that exists in circles of thought leaders. Everything thing is regurgitated and there isn't enough critical thinking.

What are you most excited about in the future of health?

The ease and accessibility of testing biomarkers and real-time feedback.

Is there anything else you’d like to add? A message you’d like to share?

Intuition is our greatest superpower.
